Candidate’s additional comments I answered some as undecided because information is vague or there may be some circumstances in the way legislation is written or interpreted that could change my answer.  There also is no set answer for environmental regulations without being specific.  If I say I am against pouring poorly treated sewer water into the river, does that mean my thoughts are that all regulations are too weak?  If I say we should allow any amount of application of fertilizer near a river, no matter how close or how much more than the land can use,  does that mean that our regulations are too strong?   Some schools are over funded, some are underfunded just as some overspend and some live within their budget.  I do feel schools and education are important to our future and need to be supported to keep quality in education but we cannot just open the pocketbook and think we are solving the quality of education problem.
